Sing-song single THR 001
Later to be proclaimed as the debut of Smile Brigade, the fabulous Sing-song single is a preview of the new material J. Hiram and drummer/multi-instrumentalist
Jeremy Charbonneau have been working on during their year long hiatus. The two songs on this single show
a vast departure from meloncholly of the "Crude Stew e.p." They're up beat and more pop oriented. Well thought out structure, not venturing too
far from J. Hiram's Beatles influence and staying as intricatly melodic as his previous material. If this is just
a preview of their new music, then the real deal should knock your socks off!

Crude Stew e.p. PLR 003
This is J.Hiram Boggs' first release. Meloncholly and delicately laced with melodies
that are as entrancing as his lyrics -full of imagery and precision. There's what? Seven
tracks? Ranging from standard pop "Faye" to the waltzy folk tune, "Fish Themed", to dramaticly
monotone riff behind "Oak Tree". These lush tracks are made full with the standard bass, drums, guitar
and voice extending a melodic and sometimes distant crooning voice of trumpet and violin.

Ball of Wax Audio Quarterly #2
The Ball of Wax Audio Quarterly is a compilation of music put together by Levi Fuller. The compilation consists of
new and/or unreleased versions of songs mostly by northwest artsists. Our contribution is
the demo version of "Improv With the Lashes." A mellow and somewhat ominous tune, whose title came from
a brief and hillarious exchange of words with The Lashes singer, Ben Lashes. This version of this song will only be released on this compilation.
